Pablo Martín Páez Gavira, also known as Gavi, is a Spanish professional footballer. He plays as a central midfielder for La Liga club Barcelona and the Spain national team. 

Born on August 5, 2004 in Los Palacios y Villafranca, Spain, Gavi is 173 cm tall and wears the number 6 shirt. Gavi joined Barcelona's La Masia youth academy at age 11. His technical skills and football IQ helped him rise through the ranks. In 2021, manager Ronald Koeman gave Gavi his first-team debut.

Gavi began his football journey at La Liara Balompie before joining Real Betis' youth academy, where he showcased his immense potential by scoring an impressive 95 goals.
